Question 1

Is iSoret a lottery or gambling in disguise?

Accepted Answer

No. Every deal on iSoret shows its exact assured cashback percentage and payout amount before you buy the card. What is published is what you get on redemption — no betting, no chance.

Question 2

How fast does cashback actually land in my wallet?

Accepted Answer

All coupon cashback amounts are settled within 48 hours. Every redemption creates a ledger entry immediately in your iSoret wallet.

Question 3

Can I use one card across multiple brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A coupon card is a pass to every live deal within your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold), not a single-use voucher. Redeem as many listed deals as you like until the card's validity ends.

Question 4

What are Bronze, Silver, and Gold coupon cards?

Accepted Answer

iSoret provides Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiered coupon cards, each unlocked with different guaranteed cashback caps and access to verified partner brand deals.

Question 5

Do you sell or share user wallet data?

Accepted Answer

No. Card and wallet data are strictly used to process your redemptions and payouts, and are never sold to third parties.
